The original Gold Medal Swim School was founded in Chandler, Arizona by two time Olympic Gold Medalist and former Navy Seal Michael F. Troy. The first school opened in 1995 with 16 children and Olympic size dreams. In the spring of 2006 Mike Troy partnered with two time Olympic coach Mike Walker to form the NEW Gold Medal Swim School and opened the current location at 6909 West Ray Road #27 Chandler.
