SPLASH BASH!

Looking for something different for your next party?  Warm water, great weather and an amazing environment can be found at Gold Medal Swim School 365 days per year! Party guests can splash, laugh and swim while you host your group and relax in our climate controlled viewing room or splashing and playing with the kids in the pool. No need to worry about safety with the professional Gold Medal Swim School staff in charge of the pool and all party details

What is included when you have a Splash Bash Party?

One hour and 20 minutes of water play with lifeguard.
Forty-minute use of the party area with staff members to coordinate the party and help with set-up and clean-up, coordinate games and lifeguard the pool activities.
Invitations providing a map to our facility and envelopes.
Soda or lemonade for each party guest.
Table coverings, plates, cups, napkins and forks, balloons and party centerpieces

What happens during the swimming time of a SPASH BASH party?

FUN, FUN, and FUN.  Let our staff members greet your child and take them to our pool and viewing area, which is prepared for their special day. We’ll guide your guests through games, races and wet water fun or simply lifeguard and maintain control as the group discovers the fun of indoor swimming! Others may wish to float on our rafts or play with our gusher geysers. Adult are welcome to come swim with the guests or watch the fun.

What happens during the party time during a SPLASH BASH?

Our trained staff will set the party area while the special guests are swimming in the pool.  We will decorate the party area, with table coverings, plates, cups, napkins, forks, balloons and party centerpieces.  You are welcome to bring your own cake and food to the party.  Our staff is happy to cut and serve your guests and help organize any presents that may have been brought to the party.

What is the cost of a SPLASH BASH?

$289.00 includes 18 guests/children.  An additional fee of $10.00 per child will be accessed over the original group of 18 children/guests. We will count the number of attendees at the party and base any additional costs on actual number attending. We will charge for all children at the party, two years of age or older, regardless of whether they swim.

Party Bags are available for $3 each or you may bring your own.  Provide us a guest count and they will be waiting for your group.  Party bags include; plastic bubble box, squirt toy, sticker, tattoo, pencil, eraser and candy.

Gold Medal Swim School does not provide cake or food items.  You are welcome to bring in food items at NO additional charge.

How old do the participants need to be?

All ages are welcome! Children who cannot swim independently in the water must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We do not charge for the adults and encourage them to be in the water with the kids. All persons entering the water must sign a waiver.

When can I book a SPLASH BASH?

Parties can be scheduled on Saturdays at 2:45 pm and 4:45 pm.  Parties last two hours with approximately the first hour and 20 minutes in the pool and the last half-hour in the party area. Friday evening parties are available upon request.  Please speak with a reservation specialist.

Things to remember:

• $100 non-refundable deposit required at the time of your reservation to hold the party date.
• $189 balance due 2 weeks prior to the party date.
• Rental agreement must be signed and returned.
• Waivers signed by all party guests
• No outside beverages / No piñatas!

Staffing Policy
2 staff members – up to 24 children
3 staff members – 25-34 children
4 staff members – 35 or more children

*Parents must guarantee the number of guests attending two weeks in advance of the party. If the number involves an extra staff member. i.e. If the parent confirms 25 or more children and 23 attend, for safety purposes they will be charged for 25 guests to cover the cost of the extra guard.
We ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled party time. The area must be vacated 15 minutes after the reserved time. There are no exceptions to this rule. Early arrivals and late departures disrupt other scheduled parties. Please be considerate of others and our staff.

Facility Rental
This is a perfect facility for end of the year school parties, end of the season soccer, baseball, etc., Holiday parties and other club or school events.
