1. Are you a new or returning student to GMSS?
2. How old is your child?
3. Is your child comfortable in the water?
4. Can your child put his or her face in the water or get their eyes wet?
5. Can your child perform a comfortable independent backfloat?
6. Is your child able to swim across the pool without assistance?
7. Does your child swim freestyle with proper bi-lateral side breathing?
8. Can your child swim 25 yards of continuous backstroke and freestyle?
9. Does your child understand full stroke breaststroke?
10. Does your child understand full stroke butterfly?
11. Does your child respond better to disciplined teaching style or a more relaxed teaching style?

The information obtained from our telephone consultation will ensure your child is placed in an appropriate class. If your child has special needs please discuss them with our registration staff.
