Triathalon Swimming Technique |

TRIATHLON TECHNIQUE: Designed for adults who have a swimming knowledge ranging from novice to professional. Students should be able to swim at least 100 yards independently. The “Tri-Tech” class emphasizes air regulation, swimming relaxation, and body position while working on individual stroke mechanics. (One hour, 6:1 student-teacher ratio.)
Time: 7:15 – 8:15 AM Saturday
Develop your technique with personalized swim stroke development during this one hour technique class. Group classes have a 6:1 athlete to coach ratio. Semi private and private swim lessons and swimming technique classes also available.
Training tips from swimming experts
Mike Troy- 2 X Olympic swimming Gold Medalist and former World Record holder. Mike Walker- 2 X Olympic swimming Coach and former Head Coach at the University of Texas. Matt Olschner- Over 15 years competitive swimming experience and multiple Ironman competitor.
