Daily Facility Duties

Change dolphin bags (clean out top of pool vacuum, clean out used ones, place in laundry bag)
Run laundry (switch to dryer before you leave) and empty the lint trap.
Blow the front and back, pick up parking lot trash/trash around the building
Rugs – change daily and power wash/dry out back
Wipe down front benches and take out trash out front (wipe down trash can lids)
Empty trash entire building (after 12pm)
Replace paper towels (check paper towels in bathrooms)
Check chemicals as needed (ask the floor manager)
Wipe down pedestals in the changing room
Wipe down each bench in every stall in the changing room
Wipe down under the changing stations in the changing room
Hose each corner of the changing room and under the shelves and changing stations
Clean glass on pool doors
Fill Alkalinity Up bin'
Clean and remove hairballs/debris from deck/slot drains (use a glove and paper towels)
Clean out floor scrubber

Monday Additional Facility Duties

Deep scrub men’s and women’s bathroom floors (yellow brooms, mop, etc.)
Pool area windows
Sheila shine all metal in pool area

Tuesday Additional Facility Duties

Clean kitchen sink (use barkeeper’s friend, include the wristband sanitation container)
Wipe down microwave, fridge
Clean kitchen floor
Empty and organize lost and found
Changing room floors and drains

Wednesday Additional Facility Duties

Clean back office (pull out desk, put away items not being used, vacuum all areas, wipe down surfaces)
Clean vacuum (filter, attachments, and check batteries)
Backwash

Thursday Additional Facility Duties

Front entrance power wash and scrub with brooms
Clean all doors and window sills in front, lobby, and pool area

Friday Additional Facility Duties

Vacuum pump room
Take apart front trash cans and clean
Wipe down all trash cans in the building
Take lane line bins outside and clean
Deck drains
Sanitize and scrub the wristband organizer

Saturday Additional Facility Duties

Backwash
Wipe down all chairs in lobby
Remove hard water stains from walls of pool, bathroom and pool doors
Empty out the paper shredder in back office

Sunday Additional Facility Duties

Inspect and replace air fresheners if needed
Refill soap dispensers if needed
Fill drains with bleach water
Clean swim suit extractor with bleach (daily if possible)
Changing room floors and drains
