High School Prep will prepare a swimmer for a successful high school swimming career using Gold Medal Swim School’s Core Values without involvement in a USA Swim Club structure and large time commitment.

This training group will focus on the development of all four strokes, racing strategies and the development of personal confidence with individual goal setting. Eligible swimmers will be promoted from our Swim Team 3, be middle school students with prior swim experience, or swimmers that have completed a high school swim season. Experience will vary in this group and ages will range from 12-17.

High School Prep meets three times per week for a 1.5-hour practice. Our class ratio is 30:1 with an instructor coaching from the deck or in the water. Swimmers are not required to attend meets; however, they are STRONGLY encouraged to test their racing readiness with participation in our spring and summer racing leagues. This is a great training group for students involved in other sports or school activities that are looking to improve and or maintain technique and fitness off-season.

Included are 9 start clinics; 1 every month in February through October. These start clinics are a bonus value for being part of our swim team and no registration is required.
