We are so excited your swimmer is joining us for Summer Swim Team! The main goal of our summer program is for your swimmer to fall in love with racing! Strong strokes will develop over time, as racing confidence grows with experience gained from each swim meet and time trial. This will be a fun and exciting summer of swimming opportunities for your student!

First-time Swim Team participation is welcome. Swimmers must be at least 5 years old on or before June 3^rd, 2024, to participate. Summer Swim Team is designed for swimmers who swim at the Seal level or above. Students currently participating in Gold Medal Swim School's Swim Team 2, Swim Team 3, and High School Prep are encouraged to remain in their current programs for continued growth.

The Summer Swim Team season will last five weeks and will begin Tuesday, June 4^th, 2024, and conclude Thursday, July 11^th, 2024. The program fee for Summer Swim Team (T/W/TH) will be $275.00 with applicable registration fee, per swimmer. Pricing includes two Start Clinics, a t-shirt, and an end-of-season award. There is an all-school closure date July 2nd- July 4th. No pro-rated payments will be available for swimmers who enroll after the season begins.

Parent meetings will be held during the first practice of each Summer Swim Team practice time. Swimmers will NOT need to report Class Absences for Summer Swim Team, as makeup lessons will not be offered for missed practices.

Summer Swim Team at Gold Medal Swim School will meet three times per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for 55 minutes each.

Practice times at Gold Medal Swim School every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday:
7:00AM to 7:55AM
1:30PM to 2:25PM
2:30PM to 3:25PM

Summer Swim Team at Chandler High School will also meet three times per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for 55 minutes each. Please note, the days and times of the Summer Swim Team at Chandler High School are currently TENTATIVE as they will be determined based on available pool space, which will be confirmed by May 20^th, 2024. Also note, the pool at Chandler High School is an outside swimming pool.

Practice times at Chandler High School every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday:
7:30PM to 8:25PM

Swimmers MUST bring their own equipment to each practice and each Swim Meet. Swim equipment to bring includes a swimsuit, swim cap, goggles, towel, water bottle, and swim fins. If your student does not have swim fins, they are available to purchase from Gold Medal Swim School for $28.50 with your student's shoe size selection on this form. All pre-purchased fins will be available for pick-up at the Gold Medal Swim School before your swimmer's first swim practice. Additional swim equipment is also available for purchase in this form or at the Gold Medal Swim School Front Desk but may be back-ordered at times due to low volume from our distributor. Scuba and snorkeling fins are not permitted.

Gold Medal Swim School Summer Swim Team Meets will occur Saturday, June 8^th, 2024; Saturday, June 22^nd, 2024; and Saturday, July 13^th, 2024. Summer 2024 Swim Meets will be subject to change in accordance with state, county, and city health and safety regulations or inclement weather. In the event of Swim Meet cancellation, Gold Medal Swim School will substitute time trials during regular practice times.

Swimmers will pre-register and pre-pay for each Swim Meet they would like to attend using the Swim Meet Registration form. The cost will be $20.00 per swimmer, per Swim Meet. Each registration will include four swim events (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly). Registration typically opens the Sunday prior to each meet and closes Wednesday night. Summer Start Clinics are FREE to Summer Swim Teams students; pre-registration is required through the Start Clinic Registration form. Please note: Spring Swim Meets and Start Clinics are only open to year-round Swim Team swimmers; Summer Swim Team swimmers are only eligible to participate in Summer Swim Meets and Start Clinics.

If space is available in the Summer Swim Team practice time of your choosing, proceed with your booking through Udio. We will charge the card on file at the time of booking. If you wish to use a different payment method, please contact us at (480) 961-7946 (SWIM) prior to submitting this form.

New swimmers will have the opportunity to book their practice time after a trial/assessment class has been completed.

If we are unable to accommodate the Summer Swim Team practice time you request, please contact us to be placed on the waitlist for the time(s) you requested. Swimmers will be placed on the waitlist in the order requests are received. In the event you wish to fully cancel your booking, refunds will be issued if cancellation is received prior to Monday, May 20^th, 2024.
